- The player must be enrolled in the EPSB Junior Membership 2022/23 or EPSB Disability Membership 2022/23 or EPSB Adult Membership 2022/23 or EPSB Women’s Membership 2022/23 or EPSB Billiards Membership 2022/23 membership.
- Age must be over 40 years on December 31st 2022.
